[1.6b] Crash to desktop, intermittant save deletion

Steps to reproduce:
Open an online character profile from chat
Press escape once to exit profile
Press escape a second time to exit chat

On 3 characters now this has caused CTD. On the first 2 it also caused the save file to be lost when performed in Trollmire 3.

Most recently replicated on a level 19 character in Daikara, though that save was spared.

I looked at the log ( te4_log.txt ) and didn't notice any LUA errors as described in the "Bug Reports for Dummies" sticky. I saved the most recent log and can post an attachment if that would be helpful. I have been able to replicate the CTD pretty easily.
