Inventory Keybinds Not Working

Inventory Keybinds Not Working
I recently moved from steam to just the download from te4.org. All of my settings seems to have moved over, but now whenever i click an item in the inventory I am unable to use any keyboard shortcuts to wield/wear, drop, tag, etc etc. The keybinds are still listed in the hotkeys. Any idea why this might be happening?

it's bugged base game and is fixed in Zomnibus addon.
