Psionic / Psi-fighting (obligatory psionic category for tk slot, also really good sinergy with pes/icctw + augmentation)

Given that Augmentation no longer snapshots, and this build already gets the TK slot from Augmented Mobility, is this still worth the category point? Without snapshotting, it basically boils down to +15% of your pre-PES Will to all stats while PES is up, +30% of Cunning to Dex, and a dash of extra spellpower from Hardened Core. That's certainly nice, but is it still competitive with the other options?
