First they take our Iron Mail of Bloodletting, and now they take our 10% confusion resistance! Will these golems resort to anything to annoy us?

I'm fairly convinced what's happening here is that if the experimental test subject has any permanent minions they start the level "awake" and kill the yeek before you get there. Or else possibly telefrag him. Regardless, I don't believe I've ever seen a test subject with a permanent minion AND not had the yeek be dead/gone by the time I get there.
