Can’t die effects vs. alt death conditions
What happens when a “this character can’t die until X happens, even if they normally would” effect hits a “this character dies when Y happens, even if they normally wouldn’t” effect? The concrete case I’m specifically thinking of is Temporal Hounds Temporal Vigor effect, where counts can survive extra turns below 0 hp, running into Attenuate’s “die when below a certain hp threshold” effect, but there are other interactions that would be useful to know about at the same time (Blurred Mortality or Heroism, for example).
Re: Can’t die effects vs. alt death conditions
Attenuate kills through heroism and other die_at, it justs straight up kill you, not deal damage. If you're below 20% max hp it's bye bye.
and hounds are just immune to damage with temporal vigour, not invulnerable, so they should die from instakills too.

I write guides and make addons too now, apparently
You can go here for a compilation of everything I wrote, plus some other important stuff!
Includes general guides (inscriptions, zone, prodigies), and class guides (Demo, Anorithil, Bulwark, Zerker, Sblade)

Thank you. That explains some things I was experiencing.

Yep, execution effects ignore die_at so far as I know. It's part of why Swallow and Attenuate are so excellent, because you can completely negate a vampire's 2500 points of negative health with one chompy boi.
Let slip the toast of war.
