Multiple Heralds

I seem to be getting dual Herald of Oblivion procs from time to time. Anyone else experience this?

I do take screenshots, they just have too much rez to be posted here. I often crop them, but sometimes you lose meaningful data.

Not on imgur because I don't want to experience the magic of the internet any more than I already do.

I have done this a ton of times now. May be something to do with All is Dust or Frenzy?

Does it happens on clones only or not?
And it happened for me without using frenzy and without using all is dust

I'm going to say no... I certainly don't remember that being a connecting theme.

Interesting that they don't necessarily even share the same duration, and sometimes they don't both show in my summons bar.

It happens when you have frenzy active when you summon herald. This passive is class talent, and after first summon it doesn't go on cooldown because of frenzy, allowing you to summon second herald (but you still need to raise nihil by applying magical debuffs)(summoning of herald nullifies debuff counter on enemy that triggers summon, thats why there's usually 2 heralds summoned at different time and so having different lifetime left).

Hmm. Frenzy is not supposed to effect talents that "take no turn to use," which Unravel Existence clearly qualifies for. But maybe the flag is something like "applies to all class talents UNLESS they say usage speed instant or have a fixed cooldown" rather than "applies only to class talents with a non-fixed cooldown or have usage speed >0% of a turn."

Should probably move this to bugs, then.

i did it without being a drem, frenzy is not the (only) culprit
