Escort doesn't appear

Is it original game bug, or this happen because of Chose Your Own Escort addon?
Sometimes, you got escort, you chose it's type and he doesn't apper, or apper as "adventurer" and no portal on that level.

Prob the addon, I've never seen an adventurer escort or a bugged one

Adventurer is surely an addon's feature.
I got that again, in Dreadfell damn.
