Umm, why are you only having 2 prodigies if it's EoR? You could add PES on top to get ridiculous stat boost.

And I wonder why FC is prodigy of choice, do Sawbutchers have some sort of synergy with it?

By the way, Survival seems to be impossible to unlock with Yeti muscle tissue. Probably because it's not a hidden category for sawbutcher.

A third prodigy that you get after clearing the game literally does not matter...
Flex does work quite well since it procs off things like tempest :)

Being primarily STR based, it matters little if you get boosts to every other stat since you only really use STR

ICCTW is pretty good now. However Sawbutcher doesn't mind pumping magic and wants Flexible Combat anyway which is better with Arcane Might than ICCTW so I think I would still recommend Flexible Combat at 30 and Arcane Might at 42 over ICCTW on this class.
My wiki page, which contains a guide and resource compilation and class tier list.

One option for overkill I didn't see mentioned: Ogre with ICCTW, maxed massive physique generic, and You shall be my weapon! prodigy. You're size big+2 before gear, so hit a few times with continuous butchery, then smash their face in right before it wears off. If you just want to be mean, if you can get the counterstrike debuff on them right before bursting that is and extra double damage on your main hit.

Might be less overall damage than Timeless and other prodigies, but the burst goes off in 5 turns rather than 10 if you try to do the full length timeless.

Edit: I got Insane Atamathon down to less than 20% health in a single continuous butchery on my yeek sawbutcher with flexible combat and spine of the world, so this stuff and the timeless extension to it are extremely overkill.

Edit 2: For those who asked and didn't get answered, Flexible Combat is good because you get an extra melee hit for 30% weapon damage on all neighbors with every attack, and you get an extra instant attack when saw wheels gets turned off. On top of dual wielding, that's a lot of chances for flexible combat procs. Get it while it's hot, flexible combat is getting nerfed in 1.6 though.

Is this guide pretty valid for Version 1.5.5?

What about Krog? His last Drakeblood Strike deal 321% fire damage with cd 8 lol.
It's more than Punishment can deal, and the only more powerful blow is with YSBMW! (which I'm going to try lol).
Krog is for realistic approach, Ogre is for when you hpe for finding and wielding Razorlock.

What are the rules covering what adds a Continuous Butchery stack and what doesn't?

I went and looked at the code, and I believe the answer is: you get a stack when you first use Continuous Butchery, and you get a max of 1 stack per actor-turn when you hit with a melee attack on the target.

...and having played a bit with it, holy crap does Tempest of Metal become amazing when you've got a bunch of CB stacks -- the CB damage bonus is added to the 30% damage on ToM rather than being multiplied by it.

What' your take on on Ogres as Sawbutchers?
Is Ogreweilding worth it?
Does it only worth it with Razorlock?

if you use razorlock you don't want an offhand as that reduces your number of hits
I write guides and make addons too now, apparently

You can go here for a compilation of everything I wrote, plus some other important stuff!

Includes general guides (inscriptions, zone, prodigies), and class guides (Demo, Anorithil, Bulwark, Zerker, Sblade)

Just found out that Tempest of Metal is one of the turn procs. So Flexible Combat isn't as good as it was thought because the triggered unarmed attacks and any following possible additional proc attacks won't trigger Tempest of Metal, but it may still be better than the other option of ICCTW and AM.

Flexible Combat doesn't proc Tempest of Metal, but Tempest of Metal procs Flexible Combat, no?

yes, TWICE, so pretty good.
so Flexible Combat is still the best for sawbutchers if you have a handgear with an attack proc.
