Are any Tinkers usable on shields?

Was kinda wondering this, since I haven't found any tinkers that go on one. Stuff like Spike Attachment actually doesn't sound too far fetched.

There is one and i think it knocks enemies back or something equally useless. Galvanic something?

Yep. Most useless tinker ever. Galvanic retributor.
Gives some lightning melee retaliation, provided you invest 4 points in electricity...

Galvanic Retributor, yes. Doesn't seem to do knockback, though. Until I just checked the code, I didn't even know it did anything except a 5 point per tier lightning retaliation; far as I was aware it was just the absolute worst tinker in the game. Checking, it looks like it's supposed to cause a self-centered burst of tier-radius AoE lightning damage when you block. How much damage it does, I don't really know.

... I'm not entirely sure it actually works, either. Few times I tried it, I never noticed the effect or it doing anything to shields such that you knew it was a thing. Dunno if knowing it's supposed to be doing something else upgrades it from Worst Tnker in the Game or not, though. I guess a storm arcane blade or lightning wyrmic could do something nice with it...? Otherwise it's literally the only shield tinker in the game and that's all it's got going for it. Also ninja'd a bit, but eh.

Maybe one day I'll actually get around to coding this batch of tinker ideas. At 11 ideas out of the 19 new goal for shields.
