Circle of Sanctity

Hello!

My rogue found a cool cap with the 'Circle of Sanctity' skill.
The description says 'silence everyone in the circle'

So I tried it vs the Lightning Boss on the mountain.
Did not work. He cast Hurricane at me.
Does 'everyone' not include bosses?

They can still save vs the effect, and some enemies are flat out silence-immune.

Circle of Sanctity is a spell, and it's likely that your spellpower was too low to beat Urkis' spell save.
