Blood Runed Athame never spawned in Vor Armory

Hello. I am fairly new to this game and had my first good character, a lvl 39 Time Warden, enter the Vor armory. I cleared it, however, no blood runed athame ever spawned. This is an important plot quest item, so my game is broken.

I exited the level, came back, and everything respawned (monsters, rooms, locked doors). I cleared the level (except the room of death) several times, with the same result. Frustrated, I opened the room of death and tried to clear it, hoping the item was in there, and ended up just wasting a life.

So now I pretty much have quit this game because I cant proceed. What else can I do?

Also, you don't need to do that quest and return to the west to beat the game, you could just go and fight the prides.

I did a couple weeks ago, but I am not sure how long I should wait before trying again. I can't log in to the site to check the ticket (keeps giving an error).
