Attack Speeds on Gloves/Gauntlets is Wrong

As a Brawler, you get 125% attack speed when using Gloves and 100% attack speed when using Gauntlets, as opposed to the stated 167%/125%.
Also, the Unarmed Mastery talent states, that Brawlers attack 20% faster when unarmed; which is just not true. Using only Spellhunt Remnants, I got 29 attacks in 30 turns just attacking the training dummy. Using Gloves with no attack speed modifiers, I got 40 attacks in 36 turns. Unarmed Mastery does however, affect physical power.

On another note, global speed slow on melee hits doesn't stack with procced global slow from unarmed attacks.

Interestingly enough, wielding a shield in your offhand only decreases your physical power, not your attack speed (once again, Unarmed Mastery straight up lies about attack speed). That does, however, make you unable to use any pugilism skills
