Custom character tiles size question

Custom character tiles size question

As far as i can tell if the icon PNG size is not 64x64 exactly the game automatically considers it a 64x128 icon tile. ( The file I was trying to use was a 45x64 PNG file i had.)

am i correct or am i missing something?
