[1.5.2] Feed effect never disapears

When a Doomed NPC applies feed to a temporary creature like a summon, it seems there's a high odds of the feed effect to stick forever in the level. Likely happens when the timed creature despawns before feed ends.

This bug has been around forever. The Weirding Beast's talent that removes your sustains also leaves some particle effet that never goes away. Buzzing flies forever in your Sher'Tul fortress :/
