Dual wielding staffs

I thoght that as Ogre with right skills you can dual wield staff and short staff.
Am I delusioned as usual or that was possible before, because now it isn't possible.

If by right skills you mean Reaver skills, then yes.

Ogres can wield a two-handed weapon in their main hand, but their skills don't touch their offhand. So by default you can wield a 2 handed staff and a shield, mind star, or dagger at the same time. Like Micbran says, Reavers can wield a one-handed weapon in their offhand, such as a shortstaff.

It is a little counterintuitive, because dagger and mindstar also a weapon.

Also, though you can only wield a shortstaff in offhand with the reaver talents, the exception is anyone can offhand the bottom half of the staff of telos.
