Is there a way to have rest wait for autouse abilities?

I auto use some abilities most notably the first talent of the Thaloren and Shaloren racial trees. I set these to auto use when an enemy is visible. The problem is when I rest it doesn't wait for those abilities to come off cool down before ending the rest. I assume this is so other auto use abilities like track on auto use when no enemies are visible don't cause rest to last forever. So is there anyway for rest to wait for these cool downs that trigger on enemy visible?

• Fix for rest not completely restoring everything before stopping. It should now not stop when there is still stuff to recover. This primarily affected cool-down waits for powers and items.

I feel so stupid now. I was looking at this exact addon and skimming the features yet I didn't read the parts I needed.
