If you have more than (full bar(after sustains)-20) of energy in the corresponding energy bar and have an active chant(hymn) and you activate another one, you will end up with (full(after sustains)-20) positive(negative) energy.
If you do it the long way - first deactivate the active chant(hymn) and after that activate the wanted one then there is no energy loss.
Example:
68 positive energy is available in a pool of 80 and a chant is active
If another chant is activated directly we end up with 60 of 80 positive energy, but if first chant is deactivated and another activated after that we end up with 68 of 80 positive energy (just like before the change of chant).
