Can't select Ashes of Uhr'Rok from the drop down box

Just bought Ashes of Urh'Rok and Embers of Rage and downloaded them to steam(edit: bought Ashes awhile back but didn't add it to steam until now). Upon selecting new game I went to select Embers of Rage and it wasn't on the campaign list, but Ashes was. I checked that both were active in addons and restarted the game. When I restarted I did the same thing only this time Embers of Rage was on the list but Ashes was not. Ive tried restarting the game and disabling Embers and Ashes doesn't show up anymore. What gives?

Ashes does not have it's own campaign.

I must be losing my mind then, I'm sure I selected it from the dropdown menu when I first clicked new game. Welp, sorry guys! Disregard.
