Help, character stuck in world map

Help, Im tried to get out of the city (ELvala) and stuck in world map. What can i do know?
I dont see my character, cant move. Thanks for any help.

is everything moving at a ridiculous speed?
not an expert, but from what I've read before it looks like a missing position reference/marker?

i think you need someone to place the marker for you to fix it. assuming you can save, and send it to them somehow...

also, the image isn't working.

If you ask via the in-game chat for a moderator they can fix the issue remotely for you.
