[Fixed] Characters in AoA don't spawn with APE

Which means it's kinda pointless to ask tinker escorts for their master's location to learn their skills, since we won't be able to craft those tinkers without the APE drops. Unless I'm missing something and there's a way to get an APE in AoA somehow?

Once you learn the trees from the Tinker Shop area or whatever you'll get an APE.

Thanks, I actually never used tinkers in AoA outside of tinker classes or adventurers (who get the APE at birth) so I didn't know. Changed the tag to "fixed" since it's not actually a bug.
