Teleported inside Vault - Intended or Bug?

I'm playing a Paradox Mage at the moment. I'm rumbling with the master, and my paradox is frighteningly high. I release an anomaly, and end up inside a vault, surrounded by high level monsters.

After scraping through, I mouse around and all the floor tiles inside the vault say, "Cannot teleport to thie place".

So, is it a bug that a Paradox anomaly can teleport you somewhere you shouldn't be able to teleport? Or is it an intended interaction?

i believe there was a change, that allows to to teleport there, if you were already there?
although certain talents do ignore that altogether.
(i still remember the whole oozymancer thing. not sure if it was fixed.)
