Can't login with steam

Hi, I used to have this account long time ago

But then after wanting to check my online account, I pressed the login using
Facebook, but when I logged in I was told to have created a new account which
is here:

http://te4.org/user/213257

Now all my achievements are in the 213257. Is it possible to merge the
account? Or just delete the 213257 account so I can login with just steam to
go to my original account which is the 197777.

Also now my game does not want me to login with an existing account. it only told me like this:
