Random medical salve popup

While I was in several of the orc prides, I kept on getting the medical salve will be used first message. No idea what caused it, it didn't impact gameplay at all, just popped up randomly on the orc prides. Occurred with multiple characters, different classes and difficulties. Only occurred when tinkers were active on the class.

I've seen this too, it seems to happen a lot in the rooms at the start and end of orc pride levels. Nowhere else have I seen this splash message unless I was using a medical injector myself. It does not need tinkers to be active on the class to happen, I think it may have to do with the orcs having medical injectors, but that doesn't happen anywhere else.

someone had a problem with a "select a staff" poppup showind up every turn.
their explanation was, that some mob spawned with it and constantly tried to use it.

if it stops after you kill someone, check if there is a salve in the loot. dunno if it can drop, but ho knows.
if mobs can use runes and infusions, they probably have salves too.

Yeah, when it happens if I check the enemies, I'll find one with medical injectors. Thing is though I'll never see the splash text for medical injector selection anywhere but in those rooms in the orc prides.

so, either they only spawn there, or there is something in those rooms that makes them try it?

I'm pretty sure they aren't the only enemies with medical injectors, and I've seen them elsewhere on rares with tinker classes.
