stuns and on-crit cooldown reduction

Hello.

I was stun 10 turns, and noticed that the stun counter was decreasing by steps of 2, when I had crits. I have eye of the tiger and scar-scripted flesh which should reduce cooldowns of spells and runes. Is one of those skills the cause of this behavior?

Neither, I expect you were slowed by the stun.

Strange, I'm almost sure this was the only negative effect. Sadly I have no skill to stun myself, I would have checked.

Being stunned carries an inherent 50% movement speed penalty, so if you were moving while stunned, moving one tile would take two turns.
A bus station is a place where buses stop.
A train station is a place where trains stop.
On my table, there is a workstation ...
