If I delete all the characters in my local vault will that delete them from the online vault? And vice versa?

Online only stores a character dump. They are separate systems.

I meant the te4.org vault vs the locally stored vault, not the Steam cloud. I'm looking to clean up my 'load a premade character' list but don't want to lose the records of my winners.
