Re: I restarted the game, not once. The problem disappeared only after I made a new hydra-character "TEST", and upgrade the branch "Hoarding beast" to 4 skill and ate a couple of items.
The error appeared in every backup. New add-ons after installation "Summoner" I did not add the installed. Add-ons mostly add race / class. Before I got into this - crypt everything worked well = (
You do not accidentally use any intermediate temporary file to store information about objects located in the stomach? Perhaps it has been damaged.
Now a new problem was noticed after the creation of a new character. New characters-hydra "TEST" in Kor'Pul received logs trace bug: "Orochimaru's dream projection hit Something for 0 nature damage."
I do not understand where does my old character and how he got in new game

This screenshot... This... What is this I don't even...
I am utterly stumped as to what could have possibly caused this. I can't even guess...
The only way to solve this would be to replicate the problem-- That is, make it happen AGAIN, and keep track of what you did to cause it. It's kinda hard work, but I honestly can't think of any way to approach this... Urrrgh... "GLITCH"...
PS: This is spooky... The ghost of your old character came back to haunt you!

Status "scorched" on enemies says that it will increase the fire damage by N.
Fought Bill with Flamespits... After applying "Scorched" noticed no damage increase nor in combat log, neither checking his health every turn.
P.S.: "-N% fire resist" would be more simple a tome4-way IMHO.

"Inflame" sets the target on fire (damage over a few turns)-- The damage isn't instant. This is to prevent it from stacking with other "Intentional Fire Damage" effects (which Ritch has SEVERAL of). It's subtle, but you should notice it.

Okay, I'll give Ritch another try just to check if that flamespitting is working at least somehow.
...
I'm sorry, the talent works as intended.
You should change the description of "Scorched", so it would be clear how it works.
...
Finally - No! That doesn't work as description says!
When I just learned "Inflame", after applying the status "Scorched" to the enemy, when I used Flamespit on them, they got DOT and phys.resist debuff.
But. I headed to the next zone and the whole magic broke: Enemies still get "Scorched", but shooting them with Flamespit never trigger nneither DOT nor phys.res. debuff.
Another talent with (presumably) the same story: "Bloodletting Beast / Open Veins". I learned it just before exiting zone. The description says: "Your intentional physical damage is increased, then % of your intentional physical damage is convrted to bleed"... Smashing enemies with weapons doesn't make them bleed, smashing with natural attacks doesn't make them bleed, even fully intentional "Wing Pod / Batter" doesn't trigger that bleding effect.
So:
1) "Inflame" surely doesn't work correctly after leaving the zone where you learned it.
2) "Open Veins" doesn't work correctly (maybe after leaving the zone, as well?), or the description needs to be more clear.

Did you check to make sure that you are attacking enemies that can bleed (as in don't have Cutting Immunity)? There are quite a few early game enemies that don't bleed (such as skeletons, plants, jellies, etc.)
@maanur RE: "Inflame" breaks
I can't even guess what might be making this happen... Are you sure you aren't misinterpretting this or something...? Neither "Inflame" nor the Burn/Resist effect it applies is resistible... So that shouldn't be happening...
RE: Bleeding
... That's really strange too...
I need to see your character and if you have a ton of add-ons active. There's no way I can say for sure what's wrong if I don't see what other things you're using.

@maanur, @astralInferno
Whatever this bug is, it seems to be contained to all "Intentional" types of effects (which could ALSO potentially cause things like Hydra's Regenerate tree or Fire Drake's "Heat Sink" to cease functioning! GAME BREAKING and VERY DANGEROUS!!).
However, this makes the problem very evident: It is MOST LIKELY some sort of function that has been "OVERLOADED", and not correctly "SUPERLOADED"-- Which is preventing my add-on from correctly marking actor actions as "Intentional".
Even if it involved looking through a ton of add-ons, I can EASILY determine which add-on is doing it entirely through deduction... So all I need to know is what add-ons you both had. If there's some add-on in particular that you are BOTH using... Then that means that's where I should start looking for problems-- Simple stuff!

I can eliminate Stoic, I've been leaving that turned off recently, but it could be any of the others.
My addons don't usually overload things and only rarely superload things, but I can't be sure it's not one of them. Can you tell me which function the intentional damage thing is handled in? Then I can check to see if any of my addons would be messing with it. =)

I can pretty much eliminate Gladiator, Prowler and Dark Priest, as well. No over-loads (aside from the gfx folder to add talent icons) are used for those add ons. Prowler and Dark Priest use a couple of super-loads, but they are pretty low-impact, and I can't really see any way that they would affect the 'intentional' flagging used in OoTS.
NOTICE: THERE IS A SEVERE INCOMPATIBILITY BETWEEN "VERDANT CLASS PACK" and "ODYSSEY OF THE SUMMONER"
A quick glance at Verdant Pack has INDEED revealed that it is completely overloading the "Intentional action" code that Odyssey of The Summoner implements. For this reason, I DO NOT suggest using these two add-on together, as Verdant Pack outright BREAKS Odyssey of The Summoner.
Details: Verdant is basically completely copy-pasting the base ToME code of "Actor.preUseTalent" instead of calling back to the original function-- Which is outright eating Odyssey of The Summoner's code.
Because of this, absolutely nothing is being marked as "Intentional", and every single "Intentional" effect in Odyssey of The Summoner is no longer working. In short: "Verdant Pack" is not being very nice and is downright bullying away any other add-ons that want to use this function.
Addendum: I remember someone saying Hydra's "Regenerate" tree seemed to be doing little to nothing for them... Could it be that they had "Verdant Pack" active, and it was causing "Regenerate" to not work correctly...?
