Kamani wrote:What exactly does the Aletta's Diadem progidy do? It boosted the last surviving member of the original drakes, but how or who it can affect wasn't clear.

Also, is it possible to get the Demolitives tree? My drakes use it, but I haven't seen a way to get it.
RE: "Aletta's Diadem"
Every Avatar has a unique "hidden" prodigy. Fire Drake's is called "Legacy", and you "open it up" by picking up any "Crown" type artifact ("Aletta's Diadem") while having 3 Drakelings (at least one with its "Ultimate" trait).
Upon learning this prodigy, any "Crown" objects you pick up will become "wearable" in the "Mouth" slot (thusly allowing you and your Drakelings to wear Crowns).
... Now, there's EVEN MORE to this talent... But I'd rather not say. It's not entirely TESTED at the moment, but I have no doubt you will figure out the rest on your own, heheheh...

RE: "Demolitives" tree
It's a "Drakeling-exclusive" tree intended to give Drakelings standard-power talents (instead of gimped "Drakeling" versions). In other words, it's your reward for training your Drakelings so effectively; they gain POWERFUL new talents that can SERIOUSLY spike their power levels and allow them to contribute more actively in fights. This being the case-- No. "Fire Drake" can't learn them.

Thank you. Can the Crown prodigies effect non-original fire drakes?
Last time, it didn't, but I don't know if I didn't have the Ultimate part. I was trying to get it to affect Eelkas.

"Unique" Drakelings behave almost entirely the same as "Generic" Drakelings. You shouldn't worry too much about who can do what... Though, in the future, there will be SEVERAL more "events" and "rewards" related to keeping Isovau, Huuloc, and Drenng alive throughout the entire journey.

Good to know. Also, should it include Crown of Burning Pain? It doesn't currently, but it has crown in its name.

Oh, when I went to Lake of Nur and got the pearls, only the original one got one.
Edit: Nevermind. It actually worked fine, but I must have messed up equipping them.

When I died to the blighting effect, my max HP increased MASSIVELY to 3000ish. A second death to the same has now set it to 6000ish. Will this keep stacking? Is there some disadvantage here?
Edit: Dying to blight again (I am in explore mode by the way), it doubled my health to 14000ish (It had increased from the old 6000ish).
Edit: Doing it again. My life is high enough that I can get to negative 430 stamina. My base stamina is 380ish. Also, my health doubled again.

@Kamani

RE: Crown
Due to the way Crown of Burning Pain was coded, I can't modify it at all... So I can't really turn it into a crown as should normally happen.

RE: Blighting glitch
No... This is definitely a glitch. I'm not quite sure what caused it though...

Update: Some investigation revealed it was a sort of silly logical glitch. To summarize, "Blighting" was trying to reduce the player's maximum life below 1, but the engine doesn't like this. So, when the effect ended, your maximum life was increasing by how much your life SHOULD have decreased.

Example: If you had 100 life and it was reduced by 500, your life would fall to 1... But when the effect ended, it would ADD 500-- Making you have 501 maximum life instead.

The fix was simple-- And (seeing as this is a matter of honorable play rather than "brokenness") it'll be in the next patch once I get a few more things to add to it.

RE: Storm Fury
It's for Fire Drake. It gives you a Proud, Loving, Male "Storm Drake"-themed Drakeling whose preferred NC is "Rabbit's Foot" and "Elusiveness" (has VERY high Defense and Trap Evasion).
You'll notice A LOT of Tier 4 and Tier 5 artifacts have the Drakeling-spawning mutations. This is because I predicted players losing Drakelings A LOT in the end game, and I wanted to soften the blow a bit by offering an "exotic" alternative to raising a new generic one.

RE: Item's Vault
... Huh?

RE: The Summoner
That part of the story isn't in yet. I plan to add that once "all the content" is finished. Let's just say the add-on is "less than half complete" at the moment, heheh...

Thank you. Never mind the comment about the items vault. I just realized I had turned it off. Oops.
That explains the storm bow. I never got it since I never had any drakes die past my second trip to the east (I cheated to do this by restarting when one died (I play explore mode, so I need something to do)).
Next time I am playing a magic themed dragon.

Edit: I got Therian!
Trying it out now.

Another Edit: How many unlocks are there?

Final Edit (Probably): Therian's must look really cool. You would get things like a Thalore with 20 extra heads and wings and spikes.

Another Edit (I was wrong): Is there any way to corrupt Drakelings? It is making life hard when I am trying to keep the original drakelings.

A Drakeling can only be "born" corrupt. :)

There is ONE way (and only one) to make the starting Drakelings corrupt as well... You gotta unlock "Start as a Blighted Avatar" by eating a "Corrupted Sandworm Heart". This makes you corrupt from the beginning-- And thus, the starter Drakelings are corrupted as of summoning as well.

RE: Unlockables?
Just a few-- Not as many as you might think! Though, in the future, A LOT of features will need to be unlocked (for example, most of the Avatars won't be unlocked until you do a few (minor) things on the Summoner class first). To name the few I can recall:
- "Start as Blighted" ~ Eat a Corrupted Sandworm Heart
- "Special graphics" ~ Start an Avatar game
- Adventurer: "Therian" ~ Beat the game with an Avatar

In the future, I am going to add something that makes you "start" with certain items if you've already eaten them before with "Consume".

RE: Therians?
Be careful with that Therian... It's 100% untested, and I'm not entirely planning to make it tick either! Use it only if you have some curiousity about how "humans" would work with "Wild-Heart" and "Wild-Child" talents and talent trees!

Therians
I figured that Therian's would be a bit odd, but I will keep playing them anyway. Go 20 headed dragon army darkness breathing monstrosity Thalore!
Edit: Don't be a ghoul Therian.

Unlockables
Shame. I got all of them for now then. I have never been good at being a summoner, but I am playing exploration mode, so I never have problem with that. Now off to play some non-exploration mode orcs.
