Missing Item Vault

Just like the titles says, the Item Vault is missing. It's been this way for awhile now, maybe a year or so, but I just shrugged it off thinking it was b/c i hadn't donated anything. Well recently I bought the game and the DLC and it still wasn't there. I first noticed it was gone after an update, and at the time I had no addons.

Are you saying the item vault itself is no longer in your fortress?

Is the Item Vault addon turned on? (It should be, but double-check just in case)
