hmmm, just tried new char, mind power 24. then pumped four points into psychomtery, and no change to mindpower. the two mindstars should boost it though.

so, is it not working at all ???????????

hmm, i hadn't thought of that option - so in that case it works, but you just don't know it works! I suspect it simply doesn't work at all, judging from my dmg output.

if I recall correctly, summertide phial has no tier, which may be why it isn't boosted by psychometry
