Stralite Sand Shredder transmogrified - how to progess?

I accidentally destroyed the gloves (Stralite Sand Shredder), that would have allowed me to progress in "Ritch Hive". Is there any way to un-do my error?

pretty sure there is no "legitimate" way to help you there. developer mode or some other cheats.

i don't have embers so, is hive required to finish campaign?
if this item is required, then you being able to transmogrify it is a bug.

It's not required. In fact, what that quest does is... giving you more enemies to fight with in sunwall

This is actually more like a bug. That item should be marked a Plot Item so you can't transmo it.
