Problems with order of "rest" checks

Currently all things that trigger on rest/run trigger from the ordering of rest and AFTER that the game checks if you can rest at all.

These include abuses: Osmosis shield deactivating (and not costing a turn to deactivate), Melting Points from the furnace talents getting removed for free, Retriubution reseting its max absorb completely.

And also downsides: osmis shield and many other important talents deactivating midfight (if there is a stealth enemy which the player did not see, but the character noticed).

It would be nice if this can be adressed somehow. Maybe the abuse with osmosis shield wasn't so bad, but the new one with furnace is a lot stronger and the downsides can be really heavy and unexpected and sometimes cost lifes.
