Embers 1.02 Hidden Vaults and level progress

I encountered a bug where In the first floor of Ritch Hive, going down into a hidden vault did not save my floor progress and coming back up from the hidden vault allowed me to re-kill enemys and re-activate chests. Thought this would be important to note because it would allow for scumming up infinite xp and allow you to duplicate any items found on said floor.
