stuck in a hidden vault opened on ritch hive 1 options?

just after the fist few rooms of the vault I was ported to a zone not connected with the stairs, no teleport allowed and not even rod of recall function!

i found some hidden passage but now I’m quite certain to have clicked every tile (ten times minimum) and I’m still stuck

being in exploration mode really suck to be forced to abandon a character specially my first ember one, but even the eidolon don't permit an exit strategy different to final death

is there any other option?
