Embers - Crash when killed by chainsaw horror

Tome crash when killed by chainsaw horror. The game freeze and stop, after some time windows tells me there the game is unresponsive and prompt me to close the program. The log file doesn't seem to be updated and doesn't show the error.
That only happened with chainsaw horrors so far, I've died on two other occasions without problem (well, beside dying).
