[1.3.3] Gauntlets and "Combat" speed

So recently I was playing a rogue and noticed some of my talents were slower.
These use the "combat" speed, the tooltip indicates they take 120% of a turn (while it should take 100%) while wearing gauntlets, this was with or without weapons equipped.
Some examples of these talents are all traps, Lure, Snap, Sticky Smoke, Evasion.

I noticed similar things on archer. A lot of my talents that had little relation to the current weapon used "weapon speed", but Evasion uses "Combat speed" making it take nearly 150% of a turn because of Aim.

Its cos it was only fixed, not exorcised and sanctified.

Okay, a further effect of this can be noticed on Temporal Warden. When wearing gauntlets and on on your dual-wield set you see your bow skills as taking 120% of a turn. If you don't have gauntlets on this lists as 100% of a turn. From bow set it lists archery and melee skills both taking 80% of a turn regardless of gauntlets, so only the information while melee geared seems to be wacky, and only for archery speed listing there.

Oh how fun this bug is. I'm no longer even sure when it's just a display issue and when it's affecting things. At the very least it's causing some things to display wrong.

Okay, I'm not seeing the archery swap actually take longer, so I think it's just a problem with how the tooltip is calculated.

In regards to the trap situation they definitely DO take longer though. The combat table from the gloves strikes again!
