Okay, maybe this is a dumb question, but I just started playing again and got the Steam version after waiting hours for the free version here to download and then getting a crash during install (something about unpacking...) Now I'm trying to figure out how to connect my Steam game to te4.org. So I try Login with Steam from the main menu, enter my te4.org username and email, and it says sorry, email already registered.
So I think about it a little, and I'm pretty sure I'm already registered with Steam, so now I'm confused. Is that just a meaningless button on the main menu? Am I not already logged in? I can shift-tab and see my achievements, etc, so I must be playing logged in...
Granted, I also just realized I have no idea how Steam works. I think I downloaded like 444MB to my laptop, but I can't find the files anywhere. Any ideas? I'd love to find a save file to get a character unstuck.
And again, how do I link my Steam progress with te4.org? Having access to everything I already unlocked would be great...

Log into te4.org and go to the Steam tab in your profile.
