This is a simple addon that makes Exotic Weapons Mastery available in Technique/Combat Training without rescuing escorts or any other shenanigans. It should be compatible with most/all other addons, but let me know if you find any conflicts. Also post here if you notice any bugs.

I downloaded it but that is what I get when I click on it. Is this addon on steam? Couldn't find it there, that would be easier if it were.

I haven't uploaded any of my stuff to Steam.
It's not actually necessary to open the file unless you want to see the source code. To open the file, you can use any compression program like 7zip, WinZip, WinRar.
To install, just copy it to your /ToME/game/addons folder.
