What is "turn", and what is "round"

I am a chinese, touch this game shortly.
The wiki is too old, some basic concept didn't explained clearly.
My question is :
What is "turn" , and what is "round"?
1 round = 2 turns?

Round and turn mean the same thing. "Turn" is the standard word, but some people say "round" instead.
