No stairs from Old Conclave Vault lvl 3 to 4

I was trying to unlock the Ogre race, which can be done in the fourth level of the Old Conclave Vault according to the wiki.
There were no stairs from level 3 to 4 though. I have dug up most of the level (no dark spaces left), and auto explore stops at the stairs to level 2.

Ok, I have opened a ticket and submitted my save folder.
I also tried this, with a copy of the folder:
Went down to floor 2.
Saved.
Deleted the level-conclave-vault-3.teal file.
Entered floor 3, which seems to have created a new instance as I had hoped (this time there are stairs to floor 4 right at the entrance).

It seems to have worked ok.

Ah, good. In that case just go with that one and I'll close the ticket up.

This bug just came up again, for the third time recently. Looks like a broken vat was where the stairs down should be.
