Gaining too much xp

After starting a new game, my xp needed to level up does not seem to be increasing each level and i am leveling up way too fast not sure what is causing it.

Are you playing a race that levels up faster?

Im just playing a halfling i was at lvl 10 by the end of the first area

Any addons enabled? Everything is unique increases the exp you gain.

Just at a glance I see Everything Is Unique which depending on how you have it configured would definitely cause the level gain.

Uniques give more XP I guess and everything is unique...

So far as I'm aware both Everything is Unique and its fork's latest versions are bugged (or at least were the last time I tried them) and give ridiculous amounts of XP gain, to the point it's entirely possible to hit level 100 before you finish Old Forest, and cap out before you make it east. Doesn't actually have anything to do with killing the uniques (though that would normally incur faster XP gain, mind), it's just something up with the mod.That's what is causing the XP gain.

Can't recall if it's actually possible to configure those differently to stop the effect... would probably have to edit the addon files somehow or another.

If you want a unique-boosted mod that's not like that, you'll probably have to try Randboss Rando or the Multi-class challenge... possibly one of the rare-boosting ones, haven't played those to see what they can do.
