Is it possible to remove a buff on myself?

In particular, a regeneration effect. I'm playing a character with Fungus and there have been a few times where the heal from Fungal Growth has prevented me from using a regeneration infusion.

Simply right/left clicking doesn't seem to work, or combinations with alt/ctrl/shift.

If it matters, I'm playing with the classic UI.

There's an addon that extends the manual buff cancelling feature of the Minimalist UI to the Classic one as well.
