Paradox Mage and Time Stop talent

Does Time Stop reduce "indirect damage" too? For instance, the damage that comes from this combo:
time stop + dimensional anchor + banish (while still in time stop)

If I remember correctly Dimensional Anchor only causes damage on a subsequent turn (randomly) if the target is not at the anchor location. So it should work in the circumstance you specify. I haven't actually tried it, though.

Oops. Was thinking spacial tether... Too many talents have very similar names in this game...

so will it work, i worked on a complex combo and i need to see if its true. maybe ill try in cheat mode
