1.3.1 Chest Lore bug

Sometime, when you open a chest, you got lore like if you picked up artefact, but actually you don't get that artefact.
That's odd, and wrong.

"like" an artefact, or an actual artefact lore?
when you go around you can find some random lore of various places times and people around.
... it might have been detached somehow...?

Sorry for blurred words, I mean actual artefacts, last time it was Drake's Bane.

Found related bug.
Entered new level, and immediately foung new weapon lore, right on stair.
And still no such weapon in all inventory.

I just got the same issue/bug with "Dragon Bane",

You don't need a work around.
It has no effect on gameplay.

are you sure it doesn't deny the possibility of looting the item from somewhere?

Why would the lore displaying stop it generating? It already did generate, which is why it displayed the lore.

You get the lore if an art is equipped on an enemy, including chest guards.
