Windows 7 - Will not load at all from download

Hello - First, thank you for this awesome game; I was playing it on Linux for awhile & loved it, now I'm trying to get it running in Windows and have not had any luck.

System:

• CPU: AMD Richland A8-5545M 1.7G/ 2.7GHz(Turbo)
  Video card: AMD Radeon HD 8510G
  RAM: 16GB G.Skill Ripjaw (2x8GB)
  Hard drive: 256GB Plextor M6M PX-256M6M SSD

I downloaded the installer from te4.org website and it does not move past 0% at all.

It does not seem to download anything; I've run the EXE file as both myself and administrator. I did a search on the web and on this forum and didn't find a similar problem.

Hmm. I'm not sure what might be causing the problem, but generally when the launcher doesn't work for someone bypassing it entirely works. Download the most recent version directly (1.3.1) and run t-engine.exe rather than the launcher.

i don't know what's your specific situation but this is how i solved the launcher problems.

1) open the compressed folder
2) mark everything
3) drag it to wherever you want it to be.

somehow it works.
