Just noticed that I am missing the apprentice to Angolwen

Just realized that in this game I don't see the apprentice leading to Angolwen.

I'm playing as a temporal warden so I'm not some anti-magic scum either.
Is this normal?

I don't know what ID500 is but I'm playing the regular campaign and I have no weird addons. I have never had problems in the past with the apprentice showing up thats why I'm curious.

Is it because I'm level 19 and haven't talked to him yet? Didn't bother looking him up until I was going for the "save derth" quest

He might have disappeared by level 18 or something, but I can't remember because I could have sworn it was level 20.

Well I'm only level 20 so it wouldn't be too bad. But crap like this is not what I want to encounter when I'm already getting tired of the game...

There's a bug in which he sometimes appears on top of Angolwen portal supposed location, so temporal wardens replace him when coming down from Point Zero. To this day, the bug isn't quite found.
