So I have two rings, each with the Disengage talent. It seemed to me that I could fire one off, and then immediately use the second ring to Disengage again. But what happens is that both rings go on cooldown after I use just one of them. Is this normal? Am I doing it wrong? Is our children learning? And so forth.
Thanks.

Most item use effects share a cooldown. This is mainly so you don't carry around 10 items and constantly swap them, I think.
The notable exception is artifacts, which generally have their own cooldown.

Addons: Arcane Blade Tweaks, Fallen Race, Monk Class, Weapons Pack
Currently working on Elementals. It's a big project, so any help would be appreciated.

Thanks! Yes, I just figured this out in-game, and came here to update the thread. I overlooked the explicit description of "Disengage," which is common to many talents: "It can be used to activate talent Disengage, placing all other charms into a 10 cooldown."grayswandir wrote:Most item use effects share a cooldown.
