[1.3.1] Black Crown Demon Seeds No Effect

I've noticed that the Black Crown on my demonologist is supposed to give a .2 bonus to "Corruption / Demonic pact" and "Corruption / Demon seeds," but it is only giving the bonus to the Demonic Pact tree, without the extra .2 to Demon Seed.

I think that means it increases the mastery of the talent granted by the seeds.
