[1.3.1] Bind Demon Not Affecting Body Armor - Talent Level 6
I have 4/5 points in Demonic Pact, for a total of 6 talent levels in Bind Demon (1.5 multiplier due to Black Crown). However, my body armor still has no slot for demon seeds, and no body slot demons have been dropping. Even without the Black Crown, the talent level is 5.2, so that can be the reason. Any idea why this is occurring?

It goes off raw point investment, not effective level.
