[1.3.1] Solipsist unlock not possible via dream altar
When the dream altar was changed to no longer be fatal (good bye noob trap, you will not be missed) it also resulted in the Solipsist unlock no longer being possible via the altar. It passes false for danger in run_dream, while true is needed for unlock to trigger. Suggest this either be changed back to true (and have the resulting pros/cons from dream outcomes) or change the leave_dreams function to allow the unlock to not be tied to the danger condition.
<astralInferno> poor stunt
<astralInferno> you suffer so that others may suffer in the intended way

or let the player chose whether he want it to be lethal.

I want to know then since the "fatal" altar dreams changed, to unlock the class, you must complete both dreams before killing the Mindworm?
And you need to complete them asap since everytime you miss one, you get a (health?) penalty.
That's the only way now?

Well, that's an unintended feature... an argument could be made for leaving it as is as well as for either of solutions.

It also means you cannot unlock solipsist on a non-breathing race like skeleton. Unless you can use the alter while Mindworm is still alive which is probably quite dangerous.

Really, why is the newbie trap being suggested to be kept at all? Making it so the altar doesn't work to unlock is still a newbie trap, just not fatal.
Before, anyone who read up on things just waited to do it outside of the altar, since it wouldn't kill you. It's an improvement to have the altar also not kill you. It should just allow the unlock down either route, with neither being a fatal situation (unless an enemy attacks you afterwards and kills you).
Anything else is just keeping a situation where players that go in and play the game without doing out of game research get punished for it, and that's pretty terrible.
Stunt's suggestions are both very sound.

Yep, I wondered what the altar in the Caldera was all about while playing as a skeleton archer.
You can go inside the dream, but it just alternates between the dreams about the wife and the mouse, without either success or failure influencing anything...
