Someone mentioned this in game chat. An audio ping or something when a tough monster first enters line of sight.

Same thing when Twist Fate activates (holds an anomaly.)

I would be so thankful for this.
Sometimes I just don't see the enemy because it gets obscured by terrain or I don't notice the slightly different color on their tile. This has led to many, many deaths.

Could go further and queue up some epic boss music when a Boss decides to show up.

Then we can have a 'Shut that Bwahahaha up' addon.

Or just make it a toggle like the full-screen visual for stun effects.
